well today I feel was a succes,
First off we found a church we like after a year of looking our prayers were answered.
Lilyanne started to get loud so Tony decided to take her to sunday school class (first time needing to), I was having a hard time with this cause we have been to a lot of churchs in the past and have tryed a lot of nursery classes so of course lily freaks out and crys the whole time.
But this time she was in a group of about 5 kids All her age with very age apropriate toys and activities, And she did Great, cryed a bit in the begining according to the teacher but she was able to settle in and play and join in with the story time, she even made a friend.
I know silly to feel this is such a succes but it is to me.
I forgot to mention the church also has Awanas YA, that is one major thing I was looking for in a church, Tony just wanted one with good music (yep has that too)

That was a huge issue for us for a long time. The kids' happiness is important.
ReplyDeleteMine don't cry much anymore when I drop them off. :)
I hope this works out. When Becky was a baby I could hardly let her go. It is great now. She is a big fan of Sunday school. I am still looking for a new church though. I really hope we find a home soon. This will be about 6 months, we haven't even looked since I have been back from Texas. Keep me in your prayers. I love you.
